The hot topic recently should be the coming patch 1.0.5. But the exact time for the patch is still a mystery. The skills change will mean a lot to you which you can not change. But there is something that you can do to welcome the new patch.
Double the Character DPS. As there will be a new system where you can select the difficulty of the Monster power, enhance you DPS would be a priority. Then you need to get the top Diablo 3 Items to be powerful which you can farm yourself or just buy it in the Auction House. Choose the most efficient way to farm. If the Diablo 3 Gold that you can farm can barely pay the fix fee, then you should change your Quest. Or buy D3 Gold in a safe store would be a nice option as well, which will not only save you a lot of time and effort.
Enhance the Control of your character. There is an old saying that Practice makes perfect. Sometimes the gear you have for your character is really excellent, but the control and position taking are a little awkward which cause the death of your character. I encounter a Monk which is with 38k DPS and 680 Resistance to all Elements with the passive skill. But this Monk has a difficulty time in farming Act III in Inferno Mode. This is due to the control of the character. If you are this kind, I would personally recommend you to practice a lot instead of gear yourself up.
Buy for the Paragon Level. Of course there is a lot of players who have reached Paragon Level 100. But the big majority of players still have a long journey to reach this position. Paragon Level can raise your main stats and Magic Find. This would give you an upper hand in the game. What’s more you many have a really surprising drop.
